In addition, because garbage classification has not been fully implemented, and other garbage is mixed with kitchen waste, it is difficult to improve the degree of automatic processing. Although some provinces and cities have introduced local food waste management measures, they do not include the kitchen waste generated by residents in their daily lives. The collection, transportation and centralized disposal of food waste also lack collection and transportation service standards, resource-based product standards, and environmental sanitation. In terms of industrial support and whole-process supervision, Huang Xihua suggested that policies should be introduced to guide and support the development of the food waste recycling and processing industry, such as granting appropriate policies such as funding and land, and exploring subsidies for food waste recycling and processing terminal products; The process supervision information platform realizes catering enterprise management, food waste source measurement, transportation process GPS and video monitoring, food waste treatment factory production and product supervision, real-time collection of relevant supervision data (such as measurement data, environmental protection data, etc.), Transmission, statistics, and analysis, to realize the electronicization of kitchen waste generation, collection, transportation and disposal ledgers, and to improve the supervision level of kitchen waste disposal.
